David Bosworth
Mr. Bosworth is an accomplished business executive with over 15 years of experience in cross-border equity investments between overseas investors and US real estate projects and 12 years of EB-5 related experience across projects totaling more than $3,000,000,000, including regional center management, fundraising, and operations. Previously, Mr. Bosworth co-founded and served as CEO for an international digital media firm headquartered in Shanghai, which was sold in a trade-sale in 2011. He graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara and attended graduate studies at National Taiwan University. He is fluent in spoken and written Mandarin.
Paul Murphy
Mr. Murphy is an experienced executive with more than 20 years of leadership across venture-backed and growth-stage companies. His background spans revenue leadership, operational strategy, and capital planning, with a consistent focus on building scalable go-to-market organizations. Paul holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Finance from San Diego State University.
Jacob Allmaras
Jacob leads our Asia investment team and focuses exclusively on EB-5 investor relations and capital raising initiatives throughout the region. Based in Vietnam, he works closely with prospective EB-5 investors, migration professionals, and strategic partners across Asia, providing guidance on U.S. permanent residency through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.
Marcia Liao
Marcia serves as China Country Manager, supporting investors and migration agents throughout the EB-5 process. Originally from Beijing, she combines deep knowledge of the Chinese market with an international perspective gained through her master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She works closely with investors and partners to deliver exceptional service and support across China.
Vinh Pham
Vinh serves as Vietnam Country Manager, supporting investors and migration agents throughout the EB-5 process. A native of Vietnam, he works closely with prospective investors and industry partners, providing guidance and support from initial inquiry through investment. His deep understanding of the local market and commitment to client service make him a trusted resource for investors and partners across Vietnam.
Jeff Lan
Jeff oversees Investment Operations, managing the EB-5 investor process from initial subscription and fund transfers through green card approval. Originally from China and fluent in Mandarin, he works closely with investors, agents, attorneys, and service providers to ensure a smooth and efficient experience throughout the EB-5 journey. Jeff holds a master's degree in Finance and brings extensive expertise in investor onboarding, compliance, and case management.
