A boutique collection of luxury residences adjacent to the Sierra Star Golf Course and minutes from the Mammoth Mountain gondola. Crestwood achieved a full fundraise and is now sold out. The project carries first-position loan security and Rural TEA designation, enabling expedited USCIS processing for all participating investors.
Obsidian Mammoth
A premier Rural EB-5 project in Mammoth Lakes, California. Obsidian achieved a complete fundraise with all investor positions filled. The project received I-956F approval from USCIS and qualified under the Rural TEA designation, providing investors with priority processing and a three-layer capital protection structure.
Stazione25
Stazione25 completed its successful fundraise with a total of 36 investors. Construction is complete and the project is fully operational, averaging close to 90% occupancy across both buildings — well above its breakeven and profitability requirements.
Chicago-Rockford Hilton
Transformed a vacant building in downtown Rockford, Illinois into a historic rehabilitation serving the community for years to come — a catalyst for the re-emergence of the downtown Rockford area. Delivered green cards to all EB-5 investors who participated in the project.

Established as a subsidiary of Paragon Capital Group in partnership with 2 Direct EB-5 investors, Paraprin Construction grew from a home office managing two renovation projects to an operation with 100-plus properties under management and/or development, two commercial office spaces, and dozens of employees across greater Cleveland and northeast Ohio.
