David Bosworth
David是一位美国企业家,他在美国房地产开发项目跨境股权投资领域拥有超过15年经验。在创立Paragon Capital Group之前,他是一家总部位于上海的国际数字媒体公司的联合创始人,并担任首席执行官,该公司已于2011年被收购。David也是Paragon Partners Asia(Paragon Capital Group的姊妹公司)的执行合伙人。 David同时还是Link People的股东, Link People是一家总部在上海的房地产修缮和管理公司,专门为年轻的创投者、实习生和访问生开发共同生活空间。David毕业于加州大学圣巴巴拉分校,获得全球研究学士学位,随后在台湾大学进修研究生。David精通汉语,热衷于冲浪和滑雪

Jacob Allmaras
Jacob在亚洲工作生活了7年,他拥有多年投资管理经验并参与过多个资产类别的融资,项目的融资规模都达数十亿美元。Jacob也已经为包括哈德逊广场在内的多个著名项目募资,其中哈德逊广场耗资250亿美元,改变了纽约市区的面貌。Jacob在阿勒格尼学院获得了经济学学士学位,被授予学术优秀奖并担任男子网球队队长。Jacob精通汉语。
Sachin Chandavarkar
Sachin Chandavarkar is Managing Director – South Asia and Middle East. Prior to joining Paragon Capital Group, he has had extensive experience in the India and Middle East market in senior positions at Lightstone, HomeFed Corporation and with the Essel Group / Zee Television. Sachin has been with the EB-5 and Private Equity industry since 2011 and as an expert in EB-5 and India related EB-5 issues, is a frequent speaker and panellist at international EB-5 conferences. Sachin is based in Kochi and Bangalore, India. He is fluent in English and Hindi. Sachin holds a double major MBA degree, in Finance and Marketing, from the T. A. Pai Management Institute, Manipal, India and a Bachelors degree from Mumbai University. Sachin is a certified Rescue Scuba Diver. As a long-distance bicyclist raises funds, every year, for a Bangalore, India, based Animal Shelter.

Jon Sherer
Jon is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio. With over 17 years of experience working for some of the largest and most successful new home builders, Jon has become a knowledgeable, skilled veteran of construction management. He has a successful track record in accomplishing a broad range of initiatives from planning, creation, implementation, management, and support of many business objectives at a high level. Jon brings a passion for leadership, encouragement of teamwork, a focus on employee development and a relentless pursuit of process improvement and efficiency.
