CHICAGO-ROCKFORD HILTON
The Chicago-Rockford Hilton Hotel & Conference Center EB-5 project transformed a vacant eyesore of a building in downtown Rockford, Illinois into a gorgeous historic rehabilitation that will serve the community for years to come and served as a catalyst for the re-emergence of the downtown Rockford area. At the same time, the project has delivered green cards to the EB-5 investors who put their faith in Paragon, giving them the opportunity to stay in or start a new life in America without fear of deportation or reliance on an employer or other third party.
Dream Hollywood
The Dream Hollywood is a five-star hotel with 178 guest rooms that has now become an Icon in the Hollywood neighborhood. Designed by award-winning firm the Rockwell Group, Dream Hollywood features accommodations with luxurious guest amenities such as TAO Group’s opulent restaurants, including TAO, Beauty & Essex, and The Highlight Room, and rooftop Pool, Lounge, and Grill.
Tommie Hyatt Hotel
Located in the heart of Hollywood. The Tommie Hyatt Hotel is a boutique, eight-story edifice featuring 212 guest rooms, ground-floor retail space, a gym, an underground parking garage and amenity decks on the building’s podium and roof levels.
Country Home Products
Country Home Products is a Vermont based manufacturer of outdoor power equipment. The company qualified as a “troubled business” under USCIS regulations, and thus was able to utilize EB-5 capital as a loan facility to preserve existing jobs. The company has paid back all 24 of its EB-5 investors, all of whom have received I-829 approvals. Country Home Products was sold to Generac Power System in 2015 and now primarily does business under the DR Power brand.
Hyatt Citizen-News
Hyatt Citizen-News building is a beautiful Art-Deco style historic building built in 1930. The property is just one block from the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame in one of the hottest neighborhoods in Los Angeles. The project offers a nightclub/lounge, two restaurants, and two floors of commercial office and event space.
HOUSING REHAB PROJECTS
Paragon has acquired and rehabilitated a sizable portfolio of single-family and small multi-family homes across different markets in Tennessee, Alabama, Ohio, and Illinois. Paragon’s property rehabilitation portfolio investment offers investors the opportunity to own cash-flowing properties in some of the most stable real estate markets in the United States.
